Register online ahead of the festival and fast track your
check out at the show

  • Register online ahead of the festival
  • On arrival at the S@S counters on level 4, Sandton Convention Centre
  • Inside the exhibition hall on level 5 at the S@S stands
  • On the iPads at points around the room
   

Obtain order form

  • Order forms will be handed out on arrival on level 4 and will also be available at the S@S counters on level 5
  • All producers participating in S@S will have order forms at their stands
  • At the S@S stands and counters
   

Complete order form

  • When you taste a wine you want to buy, ask the exhibitor for an adhesive barcoded product label
  • Collect the stickers of all the wines you would like to buy and indicate the number of 6-bottle cases or 2-bottle twin packs
  • A minimum 6 x 750ml total bottle order is required. This can be made up of a collection of 2-bottle pairs
  • Total order must be in multiple of 6 e.g. 6, 12, 18
   

Pay

  • By credit or debit card only
  • There are 18 S@S cashiers on level 4 and 4 on level 5
  • Hand in your order form to a cashier
  • Check off your order and delivery details on the cashier’s screen
  • The transaction is completed and confirmed on licensed premises the next day
   

Delivery

  • The S@S retail facilitator is Norman Goodfellows
  • Wines will be delivered to your specified address by no later than Saturday November 26
  • Free delivery:
    • For purchases of 11 x 6 cases or more OR
    • For purchases of R5999.00 or more
  • Delivery charges apply (per delivery):
    • 7 - 10 cases R130 incl. VAT. Anywhere in Gauteng
    • 4 - 6 cases R150 incl. VAT. Anywhere in Gauteng
    • 1 - 3 cases R185 incl. VAT. Anywhere in Gauteng
